Hello everyone!
I want to start this post with a quick life update - On Thursday
the 2nd of July, my brother and sister-in-law welcomed their second born into
the world; a handsome baby boy named Gianluca
(pronounced: jaan–LEW–kuh)! I’m an aunt… again! It's hard to believe his
sister Michela is turning five (5) next month. I remember writing about
her arrival, here, on this blog.
But today’s post is not just about my beautiful niece and
nephew. As you can see from the title,
this is a summer outfit inspiration post. In the past, I used to love to write outfit inspiration posts,
so I decided I should bring them back!

Before we get started, in case you’re wondering why I’m wearing
“Wednesday Addams braids”, it’s not exactly a fashion choice; it’s more of an “I
can’t stand the heat” choice. I’m
basically experimenting with various braid styles. So far I tried the basic braid, 2 French
braids, 2 braids with a side part, a side braid (both to the left and to the right)
and 2 basic braids with a middle part, as you can see in the pictures below. Braids are the perfect hairstyle for this
time of the year. Plus, all I have to do
is put on a trucker hat, and I’m ready to take my pup for a walk or run!
Enough blabbing, let’s talk fashion!
Today’s featured clothing items are three (3) t-shirts and a fabulous
loungewear
set!
I love this lime colour so much; I think it suits me! Do you agree? It looks better in person than in the pictures. The colour is very vibrant. This t-shirt features a 'Champion 96' slogan
print, short sleeves and a crew neck. I
pair it with jean shorts for a laid back look.
As I’m sure most of you already know, tie-dye has
been around forever, but it's recently made a comeback as one of the
biggest fashion trends
of 2020. If you want to keep up with the
trends you must have at least one piece of tie-dye in your wardrobe. The easiest
way you can incorporate this trend to your wardrobe is with a simple t-shirt,

light material and I also feel like a ninja or a robber or something wearing it. I adore

P.S. – All the scratches and
bruises you see on my arms and legs are the result of me playing with my
pup. I bruise easily; if any of my loved
ones are reading this, don’t worry, I’m fine!
