Hello, everyone!
Let’s open Door Number 10…
Let’s open Door Number 10…
Today’s gift is the smallest act that creates the biggest ripple.
The 10-Second Thank-You
Your mission, whenever you notice someone doing something kind (no matter how tiny), is to look them in the eye and give them a real, warm thank-you. Ten seconds, maximum.
Examples:
- The bus driver who waited two extra seconds for you → “Thank you so much for waiting; you just made my whole morning.”
- The barista who drew little snowflakes on your coffee foam → “That is the cutest thing I’ve seen all week, thank you!”
- The stranger who held the heavy door → “Thank you, you’re an angel.”
Ten seconds of genuine gratitude. That’s all. I promise you: most people light up like you just handed them a Christmas present. Some of them look like they might cry. It costs nothing, yet it feels like handing out magic.
Your turn. In the comments, tell me one person you gave (or will give) a 10-second thank-you to today.
Let’s keep the chain going.

See you tomorrow for Door 11…
