What to wear with cut-out booties

Hello everyone!

This is a quick post to show you the latest outfits I recommended on WGWT.  I really like the ankle boots in the picture below!  I think they would look great with a dress and an open necklace or paired with skinny jeans and a top with lace detail.  What do you think?
