Nails Of The Day (NOTD): Party Princess ✨

Image
Hello everyone! Today's post is a  nails of the day .    I haven’t posted one of these in ages!   You can view previous  NOTD  posts  here .  This is what I'm currently wearing...  This pretty nail polish colour is called Party Princess (07) by Essence .   I did not know it is this sheer until I applied the first coat.  The first coat coloured my nail a sheer pink with some glitter.  I thought it looked super cute… for little girls, that is!   I applied a second coat of nail polish, and this time it looked much better.   This nail polish is pink with glitter, very girly and pretty.   I don’t hate it but I think it’s perfect for little girls that want to feel like a “Princess”!  What do you think?    Even though I'm a grown woman, I'm still going to keep using this nail polish and enjoy my sparkly manicures.  ✨ Do you wear glitter nail polish?  Leave a comment below and let me know! Have an awe

Bo-Po Nail Polish review + giveaway

Image
Hello everyone! I don’t know about you but I never understood why a lot of parents paint their kids' nails, on regular basis.  Most nail polishes contain a cocktail of harmful chemicals and require more chemicals to be removed. I had the opportunity to try out Bo-Po ( B rush on - P eel o ff); child-safe nail polishes and I couldn't wait to talk to you about them! What makes Bo-Po nail polish so unique? Bo-Po nail polish does not contain or require the use of any harmful chemicals for application or removal.   Bo-Po proprietary ‘peeling technology’ allows the colour to simply peel away from the nail.   Bo-Po is a unique, non toxic, child safe formula that dries in seconds.  It comes in 10 vibrant colours to collect.  Kids can brush on their own nail polish then peel it off.  The new Bo-Po nail polishes are also great for the little ones to use without supervision because Bo-Po bottles are spill proof .    Any excess polish on skin, cloth

Nails Of The Day (NOTD): Revamped gel manicure

Image
Hello everyone! Remember the glitter gel manicure I showed you in my previous NOTD post?  Well it's been two weeks and as you can see in the photos below, now it doesn't look as good! I don't want to remove it yet (I'm worried the process will damage my nails), so I decided to revamp it! On my glitter nails, I used a Shimmery Burgundy nail polish to paint a v-shape over the gap between my cuticles and the gel.  I also applied two coats of  the same polish over the teal colour.  I sealed this manicure with one coat of top coat, as usual. I really like the shimmery burgundy and gold colour combination! With this revamped mani I hope I can put off removing the gel for at least a week, allowing my nail to grow a little longer. Do you like my revamped gel mani?  Tell me in the comments below!

Nails Of The Day (NOTD): Glitter gel manicure

Image
Hello everyone! My brother is getting married next Friday so I decided to get a manicure that compliments my dress.  I was worried my nails would break or chip at the last minute so I opted for a  gel manicure.   Gel manicure is a process that gives you an instant dry manicure that supposedly lasts for 14 chip-proof days .  It is applied in layers and each layer is sealed under a U.V. lamp .   Scroll down for more...  Although I am happy with my nails now, I’m a bit worried about eventually removing the gel.   It’s going to be a lot tougher to remove than a regular nail polish.  To remove the gel you either need to soak your nails in pure acetone , which is VERY drying or FILE IT OFF ! I'll keep you posted!   In the meantime I would like to hear from you.  Who had gel nails before?  Would you consider getting them?  Leave a comment and let me know.

Image
Hello everyone! Today is my 28 th birthday and this is a special NOTD pos t! ( tutorial below   J ) These are the perfect nails for your birthday or any fun spring/summer event .     I started with a coat of white polish, the white will make the bright colours on top of it pop !  Then I used a dotting tool / head of a bobby pin dipped in the polish to create the confetti .  I used neon  pink , orange and orange glitter .  To create some contrast and add some sparkle, I finished with a gold glitter top coat . I love the end result!   I hope you like it too. ❤   FACEBOOK PROFILE   ❤   FACEBOOK PAGE   ❤   TWITTER PROFILE   ❤ XOXO Euphrasie85
