Hello, everyone!
It’s been a quieter, more reflective week here at Cosette’s Pantry – Wellbeing & Dark Tales. Here’s a quick recap of what went live, along with a small update on the YouTube channels.
Monday 14th September: Building a personal “enough” list
I explored how to decide what is actually enough for you in different areas of life — work, socialising, productivity, rest and more — and why defining your own measure can reduce the constant pressure to do or be more.

A small update on Eerie Tales and True Crime Tales
I didn’t post a full Eerie Tales with Cosette episode last Wednesday, and I also decided not to post a longer True Crime Tales with Cosette video this weekend. The recent view counts on both channels have been much lower than I’d hoped, and I’ll admit it’s left me feeling a little discouraged.
I’ve realised that trying to stick to a regular full-length schedule while feeling disheartened isn’t sustainable for me right now. So I’ll be posting longer episodes less frequently for a while. When I do share them, I want them to be more detailed and given the proper time and care.
That said, I am still posting Shorts on both YouTube channels and will continue to do so. This week I shared a multi-part series on the Lizzie Borden case and an original horror story. If you enjoy the content, I’d be really grateful if you would:
- Subscribe to Eerie Tales with Cosette and True Crime Tales with Cosette on YouTube
- Follow me on Instagram, Facebook and X: @cosettezammit
This doesn’t mean I’m stopping the longer episodes. I still love these stories. It simply means I’ll be moving at a slower, kinder pace for the full videos while keeping the Shorts going.
Thank you for reading and for your continued support. It really does mean a lot.
What was your favourite post this week? Or is there a topic you’d like to see next? Let me know in the comments.
Until next time, stay radiant, stay curious, and take care of yourselves.
With love,
