Hello everyone! Have you ever heard about frozen facials?  Rubbing   ice cubes   on the face is believed to improve circulation as well as ward off wrinkles   and   premature  ageing .   The beauty benefits of ice: Frozen facial - You can freeze the juice of your  favourite  fruits to transform into   ice cubes.  You can rub these   ice cubes   of fruits on your face to get the instant affect of anti-oxidants that gives a radiant complexion. Prime skin - Before applying make-up, rub   ice cubes   on your face, focusing on areas with enlarged pores. The cold water will cause pores to reduce in size and minimize their appearance under make-up.   De-puff eyes - Placing   ice cubes   on your tired and worn-out eyes can give a soothing and cooling effect to your eyes instantly.  For a stronger effect, freeze cubes of caffeinated black tea, or sliced cucumbers. Under-eye circles - You can take out the juice of cucumber and mix it with the boiled   rose water .

New Year's beauty resolutions

Happy 2013 everyone! Usually I don’t make any New Year’s resolutions but this year I decided to make a list of my “beauty resolutions” ...   My 2013 beauty resolutions: Exfoliate face and body once a week.   Wear SPF 15 or higher   year-round, even during the winter months. Stop squinting!!  It can deepen fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and on the forehead.  Never leave the house without dark sunglasses.  Make nail polish last longer   and avoid staining nails with dark colours by applying a base coat . Work out at least three times a week.  This will stimulate blood flow and circulation, resulting in healthier skin and body. Get the most out of a hair treatment  by squeezing excess water from the hair before applying.   This allows it to effectively penetrate the hair shaft. Don’t pull back hair too tightly .  Tight hair  styles can cause breakage.  Try out new DIY beauty recipes . What are your beauty resolutions for 2013?  Share them in the co
